Nail Signature Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what this is
Nail Signature and nailsignature.com are owned and operated by Brightforge Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 2287 S Haverhill Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33415. Contact: hello@brightforgelabs.app. These terms are an agreement between you and Brightforge Labs LLC. By making an account or tapping "I agree", you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use Nail Signature.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Nail Signature helps you keep salon records. Everything it shows or makes, including books, pay, tips, tax packets, pay totals for your accountant, sales tax numbers, renewal reminders, filled-in forms and anything written by its AI helper, is for information only. It is not tax, accounting, legal, payroll or financial advice, and it is not an official government form. Nail Signature is not an accountant, a tax preparer, a lawyer or a payroll service.
3. You check everything
Software and AI can make mistakes, and the numbers are only as good as what is typed in. You are responsible for checking every number, form and deadline with your own accountant or a licensed professional, against your bank statements, receipts and the official forms, before you file, pay, sign or send anything. You are responsible for your own taxes, licenses, filings, payments to workers and how you classify them.
4. No promises
Nail Signature is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Nail Signature makes no promise that it will be correct, complete, on time, always working or right for your needs.
5. Limit of responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brightforge Labs LLC and the people who make Nail Signature are not liable for any mistake, missing information, tax, penalty, interest, fine, late filing, lost money, lost business or any other harm that comes from using Nail Signature or relying on what it shows or makes. If Brightforge Labs LLC is ever found responsible anyway, the most it owes you is what you paid for Nail Signature in the 12 months before the problem.
6. You protect us from your use
If someone (for example a worker, a client or a government office) makes a claim against Brightforge Labs LLC because of how you used the app, the information you entered or what you filed, you agree to cover that claim and its costs.
7. Your account and your data
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Your salon's data is yours: you can download all of it any time from Settings. Keep your own copies of anything important.
8. Subscription
Paid plans renew each month (or each year, if you chose yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time; it stops at the end of the period you paid for. Techs and clients use Nail Signature free. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google charges you and their refund rules apply, and you cancel in your phone's subscription settings.
9. Who can use it
You must be 13 or older to have an account. A parent can add their children as family members and book for them. Salon owners must be 18 or older and allowed to run their business. You agree to give true information and to use Nail Signature only for lawful purposes.
10. Chats and photos: house rules
There is no place in Nail Signature for hateful, threatening, sexual, violent or harassing messages or photos, spam, scams, or anything that breaks the law or someone else's rights. In any chat you can report a message and block a person. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and can suspend or close the account of anyone who posts it. You keep ownership of the photos and words you add, and you allow us to store and show them in the app so it can work (for example, a salon's style gallery).
11. Appointments and payments between you and your salon
Nail Signature is a tool salons use to take bookings, run their line and keep their books. The nail services themselves are given by the salon and its techs, not by Brightforge Labs LLC. Prices, deposits, cancellations, refunds and the quality of a service are between the client and the salon.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in the app (Me, then Account, then Delete my account) or at nailsignature.com/delete-your-account/. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk or does not pay, and we will tell you why when we can.
13. Apple and Google
If you got Nail Signature from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Brightforge Labs LLC only, not Apple or Google. Brightforge Labs LLC, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app, its support and any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them. You also agree to the App Store or Google Play terms of use.
14. Changes
If these terms change, Nail Signature will show you the new version and ask you to agree again before you keep using it.
15. Florida law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
