You can delete your Nail Signature account yourself, any time, in the app or here. It can't be undone.
Your login, name, phone, family members, favorites, nail notes, home-visit addresses and chats are deleted, and your waiting bookings are cancelled. Past paid visits stay in the salon’s books as “Deleted client”, with no name or phone, because a business must keep its sales records.

Deleting closes every salon you own and deletes everything in it: services, bookings, books, receipts, photos and papers. Clients with a waiting booking are told. Your books and tax records are yours to keep, so download all your data first (Salon settings, then You and your account).
Can't sign in? Email hello@nailsignature.com from the email or phone on your account and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
